Rules Of Competition
Essay Writing Competition
Provisions for Essay Writing Competition are as follows:
Essay writing is a student’s originality and has never been published (maximum plagiarism is 15%);
Essay writing is written with a maximum of 5000 words;
Essay writing is written in English;
The manuscript is typed with the following provisions:
Left, right, up and down margins : 3 cm
Paper size : A4
Font type : Times New Roman
Font Size : 12
Space : 1.5
Include reference sources (beyond 5000 words);
The work is submitted in PDF format with the file name (full name_title of the article);
Academic Essay is written by students who are individuals;
Participants submit online forms and upload works through link https://bit.ly/submissioncompetitionuta45 no later than 20 August 2020.
Video Animation Competition
Provisions for the Animation Video Competition are as follows:
The video is an original work, not the result of plagiarism or taking part of someone else’s copyright and does not violate the intellectual property rights of any party;
Do not use video footage produced by other parties;
The use of video scores / music must be original work or free music that can be downloaded on the internet;
Animated videos that are created must not contain elements that are contrary to moral, moral, and racial values;
Animated video story in accordance with the theme of the competition.
Maximum video duration is 3 minutes and video titles are given (including opening and closing);
Video format is MP4 with video resolution of 720p – 1080p;
Videos are produced in English, if in the video there is narration or dialogue in local languages, English subtitles must be given;
Include a reference source at the end of the video;
Video uploaded to UTA’45 Jakarta website;
Videos that are included in the full ownership of UTA’45 Jakarta;
Animated videos created by individual / group students (maximum 3 people);
Participants submit online forms and upload works through link https://bit.ly/submissioncompetitionuta45 no later than 20 August 2020.
Graphic Design (Poster)
Provisions for the Poster Design Competition are as follows:
The poster is a student’s original work and has never been published;
The poster is made in English;
Every Individual is allowed to send a maximum of 1 (one) poster;
The poster is made in A-3 size (29.7 cm x 42.0 cm), in JPG format, with a minimum resolution of 300 ppi. Student name at the bottom of the poster, as well as poster reference sources;
The work does not contain elements of SARA, Provocative, and not good;
The poster is given a title in accordance with the theme;
Graphic Design (Poster) is written by students who are individuals;
Participants submit online forms and upload works through link https://bit.ly/submissioncompetitionuta45 no later than 20 August 2020.
